Before a pilot

Is this another career assessment?

No. It can start with an assessment result, but its job is to help a student test whether a possibility holds up against real evidence.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Google?

Students can. Clarity Dojo uses AI where it helps, but AI output does not count as progress by itself. The record follows outside research, human responses, real-world tests, and what changed.

What about student privacy and access?

Institutional access depends on implementation. Students can grant scoped access to a trusted supporter for one investigation. Before a pilot, institutions can review privacy, consent, retention, procurement, security, and FERPA-related requirements that apply to their students.

How would a small pilot start?

Choose one student group, one staff owner, a defined window, and clear success criteria. Start small enough to see what actually changes before expanding.

Your staffChoose one cohort and a staff owner, approve local resources, introduce the investigation, and review students who need help.
Evaluate togetherAgree on starting measures: outside evidence gathered, useful next actions, staff preparation time, and students needing support. Compare at day 90; decide whether to continue, change, or stop.
Before startingConfirm scope, staff responsibilities, access and data requirements, and evaluation targets. A walkthrough request is not a purchase.
